Terms of service

The terms of our service are simple. We create art and gifts from wood and other natural materials using fire in one form or another. Although we DO make some popular items multiple times, given the nature of our materials and the various processes we use to create, all our wares are unique. Go ahead and order two of the same thing. We guarantee they will be at least slightly different. With that said, please keep in mind that items ordered will not exactly match the image you see on your magic seer screen. We want you to contribute to our glory, so we’ll make sure you get fantastic quality for your coin. Please contact us if you suspect a problem, see any signs of foul play or witchery. We’ll do our best to resolve it.
